The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast upgrade featuring Japanese delights! Plus, the cozy vibe of the lounge area is perfect for unwinding after a day of culinary explorations.
But, let’s be real, the room had a funky foot smell that lingered. And breakfast lacked the flavorful oomph I'm used to, but it was still a decent start to the day.

I enjoyed my stay with comfortable beds and a cozy lobby atmosphere. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing due to a large group taking most of the food. Additionally, the hotel's location feels more suited for business travelers, requiring a decent walk to local attractions.

I found the Park Hotel clean and comfortable with helpful and courteous front desk staff. Its location is unbeatable, just a few minutes from the train station. The bus stop is conveniently located right outside, making it easy to access many excellent shops and eateries nearby. Overall, I perceive it as great value for money and would certainly choose it again for future trips to Kyoto.
The breakfast experience was disappointing due to limited options.

Room size is superb for the price, and the design is oh-so-modern! Close to the metro and shopping streets, a perfect spot for exploring. Oh, and Iwata was a gem, helping us with our bag dilemma.
The wifi was slower than a tortoise on a lazy day. And really, who knew sitting in the lobby would require a coffee purchase? Talk about a fancy cafe rules!
